Founder, Chairman of the Board
Seth Campbell is pioneering real estate industry’s evolution.
Less than a decade ago, and after a successful career as a regional executive for the McDonald’s Corporation, Seth came into real estate as a licensed agent with a sole purpose of building a business using proven models, systems, and tools. Within 3 years, Seth Campbell Realty Group was a self-sustaining sales team with over 200 annual transactions.
Seth’s results within the real estate sales arena combined with his outspoken leadership within the real estate community earned him the opportunity to become the Regional Director for KWRI in Maryland/DC in 2012.
In just five years under Seth’s leadership, the region grew by over 300% in number of associates, by over 600% in owner profit, by over 500% in profit share, and has gone from $2.7B in Sales Volume to over $6.4B.
Underneath these amazing accomplishments, Seth, who is a real estate agent at heart, has a strong desire to create generational wealth for real estate professionals all over the country. In 2013, he co-founded the Five Doors Network – currently selling more units outside of the HUB than any other expansion organization in the world, and has over 100 associates in ten regions across the United states.
In 2014, Seth became the Operating Partner of Keller Williams Legacy in Pikesville, MD.
Under his leadership and equipped with the mission of transforming lives through real estate, Legacy grew to over 400 associates in three years to become the fastest growing Market Center in the region and in the top three in the world.
In 2015, Seth founded Campbell Capital that focuses on providing financing for medium sized real estate projects and technology businesses.
Seth is one of the most sought out instructors on team building, leadership, and wealth creation in the world. He is a member of the coveted Keller Williams Master Faculty, a certified Career Visioning and QL instructor. Seth is an avid supporter and believer in MAPS Coaching with multiple coaching contracts personally and he pays for MAPS coaching contracts for every one of his direct reports.
Chief Executive Officer
Vlad was named CEO of Five Doors Network in 2018. Prior to joining Five Doors, Vlad had an extremely successful career at Keller Williams, starting as a top-producing agent and assumed the role of Team Leader (CEO) of the newly-launched Keller Williams Legacy in 2014. Under his leadership, the Legacy Market Center grew from 59 associates to over 400 in less than three years— becoming the fastest-growing real estate office in the nation and the number one real estate office by size, units, and volume in the Baltimore Metro Area.
Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Kats was an economist for a major U.S. Government Agency, a small business owner and an adjunct professor of Management. He holds a degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland in College Park. Mr. Kats is also an active participant in programs designed by Landmark Worldwide.
Devin was born into a hard working family in the midwest where he learned his work ethic, explored his natural gifts in discovery, and created the rhythms in life that have led to his success.
From an early age, Devin excelled in the tech industry. While still in high school, he worked for IBM through a student program, where he got to attend an executive management summer boot camp, and became one of the first IBM PC system engineers in 1980. He started working for Computerland and then became connected to Apple computer, eventually helping with the launch of the Macintosh in 1984.
His focus turned to real estate in the early 1990’s by way of his wife, whose family was deeply involved in the industry. He obtained his license in 1991 and while working with the family he was taught how to flip, hold, and manage properties. In 1996, Devin and his family pulled the first permits to build custom homes in southwest Los Angeles, after the Rodney King Riots. In 2001, Devin’s extensive involvement with building and flipping many custom homes compelled him to obtain his general contractor license.
In 2008, Devin started working with bank owned properties, but found that representing banks was not as fulfilling as representing the owners who were trying to salvage their lives. He switched his focus to short sales and wanted to properly represent distressed sellers with a smooth transition.
In July 2009, after interviewing every major real estate company, Devin was impressed with the training platform that Keller Williams offered and happily joined the team. He quickly became one of the top agents in the company and was invited into Gary Keller’s personal mastermind group in 2010. He went on to build a top team with a vision for delivering the highest level of service through efficient use of technology. In Gary’s mastermind, Devin became close to his now partners, Seth, Reed, and Jeff, and solidified his passion for helping people reach their goals of creating generational wealth through real estate.
Devin currently resides in Mission Viejo, California and enjoys time with his wife and three wonderful children. Devin has been very blessed, and gives all the glory to God and realizes that his journey was one that was ordained by Him and looks forward to the future that His plans have laid out for his life.
Jeff Payne has been in the real estate industry since 2003 and in the Panama City area real estate industry since 2006. During his real estate tenure he has sold over 1700 homes and has helped many families achieve their real estate dreams. Jeff's specialty is consulting and being very evident in an otherwise emotional decision in selling real estate. His market knowledge is second to none.
Jeff has personally sold over 1,700 properties and has earned a spot the top 1% of Agents in the nation. Jeff is also a member of Gary Keller's prestigious top agent group.
A Nashville native, Daniel joined us as a third generation real estate professional. Mentored by his father with over 35 years of experience, Dan Askew, Daniel worked for Bank of America and Regions Bank as a mortgage loan originator helping several hundred families achieve the dream of home ownership. Daniel eventually moved out of banking and into building real estate companies.
During his second year as a Realtor, Daniel formed his company Nashville Real Estate Services, LLC, Living TN and grew it to 10+ employees with $15 million dollars in sales in the first twelve months.
In just 4 short years, they served over 500 families, amassing over $125 million in residential sales volume and his organization ranked in the top 250 at Keller Williams out of over 170,000 agents and was in the elite top .02% of all realtors across the country.
Living TN partnered with the award-winning power house Five Doors Real Estate Network in 2017. Daniel now focuses on building real estate organizations all across the southeast, partnering with extraordinary people, corporate relocation, residential development projects and building innovative technologies.
